One year after Indonesians got their hands on YouTube Go, we were given the opportunity to document its impact and correct two misconceptions about the video streaming platform.

1. YouTube is primarily a platform for city folk - it’s too heavy on data for rural Indonesia.
2. YouTube is a place for people to watch entertainment - it doesn’t add value to society.

The film was shown at 'Google for Indonesia', the annual summit that  launched YouTube Go in 2017.
